Spring is here

Sweet Baby Malcolm's Dad has been away on business for a few days. Usually when Dad comes home from work, I say to SBM: "Dad's here" or "Whooooo's here?" The other evening, after a warm and glorious spring day SBM and I were standing in the living room looking out the picture window and I said "Spring is here!" SBM spun his head around toward the front door, as if expecting to see Spring walking in. He saw nothing, but kept turning back to look at the door because maybe it was taking Spring a few minutes to gather his bags from the car and walk up the stairs.
